Tremendous Tuesday!!
We began the day with a special Remembrance
Day ceremony. Check it out!
Then we had our spelling test.
Next we had French and then Gym.
Following first recess and lunch we
practiced interpreting graphs during Math. First we discussed where we have you
seen graphs in everyday life. Then we explored a bar graph with our birthdays!!!
We answered: What can you tell looking
at the graphs? (most, least, total students). We then looked at some pictographs
and wrote responses and interpretations in words. We also discussed the labels
on the graph. what they tells us and what the graph is about (the title). We
then worked on some graphing activities. We also worked on a fun holiday
graphing activity!
After first recess and lunch we practiced our
organizational skills and worked on our fractured art.
At the end of the day we had some free
time!
Have a wonderful long weekend!
