Marvelous Monday!!
We began the day sharing our weekend
adventures with one another and singing Happy Birthday to Sebastian!
We then wrote our patterning and place
value math test. Ms. Jaskolka is so proud of how hard we have all worked
throughout this unit!
After we had gym.
Following first recess and lunch we worked
with our spelling words for the week and cursive handwriting.
After second recess and lunch Nyla shared
an incredible book about being open-minded and created this amazing summary
about the story and the author message about being open-minded! WOW! She also
made necklaces based on Tanzanian traditional jewelry! So much action!!!
Honor also shared clothing that she made for
International Day!!!
Nathan also performed action today! Part of
being a good citizen is knowing how to keep ourselves safe so Nathan brought in
a story that taught us about fire safety! Great action Nathan!!!
At the end of the day we worked on our
International Day project. We are almost ready to display everything that we
have learned about Tanzania!
