Fantastic Friday!!!
A note from our MYP Shakespeare Performers: On Thursday, May 10th, we would like to invite to our SJA parents and guardians to attend our upper school theatre performance of Romeo and Juliet being hosted at the University of Toronto Mississauga MiST Theatre (3359 Mississauga Rd, Mississauga, ON L5L 1C6) for FREE! The performance will begin at 6:30pm.For your enjoyment, SJA PYP teachers will be hosting a FREE SJA dance in the SJA auditorium for those children whose parents are attending the show, so you can sit back and relax. The dance drop off will begin at 6:00pm.
To reserve your tickets for the dance and the theatre performance, please e-mail Kaitlin at reception@stjudesacademy.com. Limited tickets are available and are available on a first-come first-served basis.

Arya was awarded the ‘Balanced’ certificate
for the month of April!!
We began the day watching the Grade 6
Exhibition. We learned so much about invasive species, mental health and
deforestation!!!!
During first lunch we had our pizza party
for raising the most money for the Spring Fundraiser!!
After first recess and lunch we wrote our
spelling test.

Ms. Jaskolka is very proud of how our presentation skills have improved so much
and all of the creativity and ingenuity that went into building each bridge!!
Furthermore, how students are practicing the IB learner profile ‘Reflective’
when explaining the problems that came with building their bridge and how they
went about fixing each problem! Way to go, Grade 2’s!!!
