Marvelous Monday!!!
We began the day working with our spelling
words for the week.
Next, many of us had action to share!!!
Action stars!!!!
Check our Vaibhav’s action!!
Also, a group of us had lots of information
to share about endangered animals like the Giant panda, the Bengal Tiger and
the Humpback whale.
Next we had Gym.
After first recess and lunch we learned
about congruent shapes.
If two figures are congruent, then they're exactly the same shape, and they're exactly the same size. They may appear different because one is shifted or rotated a certain way, but they're still the same shape, and all the sides of one are the same length as the corresponding sides of the other.
As a class, we identified congruent shapes
and then showed our understanding working on our math homework.
After second recess and lunch, we performed
action and also practiced for Art’s night!
