Wonderful Wednesday!!
We began the day finishing chapter 6 and we
also read chapter 7 of a Perfect Time for Pandas: Giant Jack!! Jack drank a
magic potion that made him into a giant!! So then Annie was able to climb on
his shoulder so that they could go over the rubble caused by the earthquake so
that they could save Bing Bing the panda, at the panda centre.
Next we had French and then Gym.
After first recess and lunch we did anther
challenge about 3-D shapes in groups. We were given 8 shapes and we needed to
figure out how many faces, vertices and edges each shape had.
Next we had Music.
When we returned we continued with our math
challenge!!
After second recess and lunch we discussed our
summative project for our current unit of inquiry. Students will be creating a
persuasive advertisement to save an endangered animal. The rubric and
explanation was given to each student today.
At the end of the day we continued sharing
about our incredible weekends!
We also sang Happy Birthday to Nyla!!
