Wonderful Wednesday!
We began the day reading chapter 6 of Chocolate fever.
After, we had physical education with Ms. Lovan.
When students returned, we read “One Well- A story of water
on Earth.” While reading the book, we had various discussions about where water
comes from, the fact that there is a limited supply, and the importance of
keeping it clean and not wasting it. We also talked about various ways that we
can conserve water in order to protect our Earth; all living things depend on
water and therefore we need to protect it.
We then had our Math test.
During first lunch we got to enjoy ice cream for Dolapo’s birthday!!
After first recess and lunch we had French. When students
returned, they wrote their homework in their agendas and then completed any unfinished
work.
After second recess and lunch, students continued working on
their advertisement for a donut, ensuring to persuade their audience to buy
their product.
At the end of the day, students continued to work on their
Earth using ripped up blue and green construction paper.
