Wonderful Wednesday!
Our annual Art's Night is only two weeks away!! Please join us on Wednesday, June 7 at 7:00 PM . You may also join us at our dress rehearsal which begins at 1:00 PM. Our theme this year is Music Through The Eras! You are in for a fantastic night of art, dance, and song! We are asking that students be at the school 6:30 to get ready. We will also be selling treats and baked goods, so get ready for what is sure to be a wonderful evening.
We began the day having French with Mlle.
Jessica.
After we worked on our Mass and Capacity Review.
Our test will be on Friday.
We then had gym.
When we returned, we worked on a nature pocket
for our journey stick. They all tell wonderful stories!
After we continued exploring how we can
help our planet and by extension our endangered animal friends. We first watched
a video with Charlie and Lola and a video from make me a genius that helped us
to understand the three 3’s: Reduce, Reuse and Recycle. We then learned a song about
the 3 R’s!

Following first recess and lunch we had
music.
When we returned, we reflected on how we
can help protect our planet. We completed an activity where we made a commitment
about how we would help make the earth beautiful and glitter:
After second recess and lunch, we continued
reading The Borrowers and then we
made predictions for the next chapter.
At the end of the day we shared
action.
Hayden brought in a poster to
help us learn more about the snow leopard and why this animal is endangered. He
also shared the amazing certificate that he received for adopting an endangered
animal from WWF!!
Seoyoung made a book about
