Tremendous Tuesday!
Guess what!!!
For our upcoming Christmas concert, our class will be doing a scene from Charlie' Brown's Christmas. If students are able to find the movie online, they are encouraged to watch it. We will be doing a scene and singing a song. The link below will be the song that we will all sing as a class. Students are asked to start practicing.

We began the day with math. We continued our explorations of polyhedrons. We used the 3-D shapes we made yesterday to answer questions about their attributes: faces (how many and what kind), edges, vertices, parallel faces, congruent faces, and/or perpendicular faces. All relevant vocabulary was given to the students and is in their duo tang to reference.
Then we wrote our test on properties of air.
Next, we worked on our electric cars.
After first recess and lunch we had French.
Then we worked on our book reports for The City of Ember.
At the end of the day we had physical education with Mr. Orr.
Homework and Reminders:
1. Read Daily
2. Math pg. 91-92 Questions 1-7 (most students finished in class, those students who did not were given then 3-D shapes to finish answering the questions)
3. Check comments on limerick - rewrite if needed -- ensure to reference the success criteria
4. Check comments on Before midnight poem - rewrite if needed -- ensure to reference the success criteria
5. Casual Day and Bake Sale tomorrow
