Wonderful Wednesday!

International Day is coming up on Thursday October 17. The class has chosen to learn more about United Arab Emirates. The students are very excited about this!

Students are reminded that when researching they are to look for creditable sources, take notes as they are researching (in their own words) and then use their notes to explain about their topic. Students are also asked to include pictures (if possible in colour).

Here are some tips for parents and students when it comes to researching:

Another tip:
Students can put the topic or information they are looking for and then finish off with .edu – in doing this, what should come up are educational resources on their topic.
