Marvelous Monday!

We began the day writing out our spelling words for unit 13 and showing our understanding in our workbooks. Afterwards, we had physical education with Ms. Lovan.

We were then called to the gym to rehearse for the Christmas concert. We are getting better!

When we were finished rehearsing, we did our reviews for our math test tomorrow.

After first recess and lunch we had French.

When students returned, we wrote our homework in our agendas and then we learned about fasteners in UOI. A fastener is something that is used to join two materials together. We discussed different kinds of fasteners and where we use them (Velcro, tape, glue). We use Velcro on our shoes, calendar, and pencil cases. Tape is used to post things on the wallor put together ripped paper. Glue is used during arts and crafts. We can use glue to paste on googly eyes, sparkles, or construction paper.

After second recess and lunch, we finished off work from the morning, did some cursive, and practiced for the math test tomorrow.

Homework:
- Read for 20 minutes
- Spelling test signed
- MMS test tomorrow
- Return last page of report card with parent comments
- Lunch forms due Dec 12

- Practise Christmas concert script
