Wonderful
Wednesday!
Each
student was given a math package to complete over the holiday. This way, the
students will continue to practice two digit subtraction and addition.
Furthermore, students will also gain a better understanding of when to add and
subtract when solving word problems. When students return, they will be much
more prepared for the upcoming unit test in January. The packages are due
January 6th.
Tomorrow is also Spirit Day Dress up. Students can come dressed in green, red and/or white

We began the day
having French with Mdm. Stella.
When students
returned, they worked on holiday addition and subtraction word problems. We also
worked on a two-digit math in order to figure out a holiday riddle. With their
answers, students figured out what Santa’s elves do after school!
We also worked on
snowflake ornaments to decorate our homes over the holiday.
After first recess
and lunch, we had physical education with Ms. Lovan.
We then continued
working on our math activities from the morning.
We then had second
lunch.
Following second
lunch we performed for the Christmas concert. We did an amazing job! Ms.
Jaskolka is so proud!
We then watched
the rest of the Christmas concert.
After we continued
