Spirit day: Tomorrow is PJ day!!
Math test tomorrow
Flat Stanley Project:
Over the March break, we thought it would be neat if Flat
Stanley could visit with all of the families in our class. Each child has created
their own unique Flat Stanley. Students were given a letter that explained the
project and a Flat Stanley Journal that will be completed to describe all of
the cool things Stanley does with your family during the March break.
-Please ensure that students are not in any of the
pictures, only Flat Stanley
-If students are going away over the March break, please
take at least one photo in Canada and two can be taken at your holiday destination
-make sure to describe what you and Flat Stanley are
doing in each journal entry
We began the day writing our homework in
our agendas and then Karina and Bosco presented about the holiday that they
celebrate at home. Videos will be posted tonight.
We then had gym.
When students returned, we talked about
some symbols of Canada. We will watch some videos throughout our unit to better
understand the symbols of Canada.
After, we practiced for our math test
tomorrow.
Then, students wrote on the last page of
their report card. Students wrote about what they learned, improved upon, and
what they had the most fun doing this term.
After first recess and lunch, students had
Music.
Then it was time to pack up because of the
snow. Have a great night!
