Tremendous Tuesday!
We began the day working on our New Zealand
banner.
We then had French and then Gym.
Next we had lunch and then recess.
Then we continued to learn about division.
We first discussed numbers that are divisible by 2 (2, 4, 6, 8 ….) 5 (5, 10,
15, 20)….10 (10, 20, 30, 40). We also used fact families to better understand
the relationship between multiplication and division.
4, 5, 20
4x5=20
5x4=20
20 divided by 5 is 4.
20 divided by 4 is 5.
We then began a fun Christmas activity. We
are working on making 3-D reindeer ornaments!!!!
At the end of the day we continued working
on our reindeers and then performed for the Christmas concert. We did a
wonderful job!!
