Tremendous Tuesday!!!
We began the day working on our spelling
words.
Next we had French.
Then we had our fundraising event ‘Jump
rope for heart’. We will all had so much fun raising awareness for this
important cause!!!

After first recess and lunch we had Music.
When we returned, we reviewed our homework
as a class to check for understanding and then we had more fun with fractions!
We worked in partners to pair up the picture to the fraction. Tomorrow we will
be beginning our Fractions review.
After second recess and lunch we discussed
our upcoming exciting summative project where we will use our knowledge of
simple machines to build a toy or game!!!!! Next we reviewed our knowledge of
simple machines and where they can be found. We also discussed important terms
related to our unit: work, motion, gravity, force and friction. Tomorrow we
will delve into getting to know the screw better.
Next Sebastian shared action related to
simple machine! He showed us a robot that was made using a pulley, wheel and
axle and screws!!!
After that, Nyla shared her attitude entry
about cooperation and creativity, She chose our friend Arya!!
At the end of the day, we shared our fun
and exciting long weekends!!!
