Wonderful Wednesday!
We began the day reviewing for our math
test tomorrow. Another review sheet was sent home today for extra practice. We
practiced sorting numbers using two sorting circles. We also practiced sorting
shapes using three attributes.
We then had French and then Gym.
After first recess and lunch, we read our
final chapter of our novel study. We met Song Lee’s Salamander! She decided to
bring her Salamander as a class pet. On the day that she brought him, there was
a fire drill!!!! Once the fire drill began all the students in 2B ensured to
leave the school but once they got outside they realized Song Lee was not
there!!!!! She was late because she wanted to make sure her Salamander made it
out too!!! Song Lee is very principled and follows the rules all the time but
she also follows her heart. We discussed that this means when she care for
someone or something she will do anything to help them!!!!
We then answered reading comprehension
questions related to chapter 4.
After we finished reviewing for our math
test tomorrow.
Following second recess and lunch, we
finished working on our migration stories and practiced presenting them to our
class.
At the end of the day, we practiced for our
Christmas concert.
