Wonderful Wednesday!!!
We began the day practicing our speeches
with a new partner. Many of us have our speech memorized or almost memorized.
Way to go Grade 2’s!!!
We then had French and then Gym.
After first recess and lunch we did our
counting money follow me cards. We then practiced using coins to make change as
a class. We then worked in to partners to practice making change from 5 dollars
and ten dollars.

We will also continue making change
tomorrow.
After second recess and lunch we recapped chapter
one of our novel study: Horrible Harry and the Holidaze. We then read and
discussed chapter 2 and then made predictions about why we think Harry wanted
to have luck and what he hoped to change.
