Wonderful Wednesday!
We began the day with Language Arts. We reviewed how to add
detail to our sentences by asking Who? What? When? Where? Why? And How? We also
discussed how we could use adjectives to add detail. We then worked in our
Ontario Writing books. We looked at various pictures and wrote detailed
sentences about them.
After we had physical education with Ms. Lovan.
When students returned, they wrote their Data Management and
Probability Test.
During UOI we did a Simple Machines Review. We first
discussed what we have learned during the unit and then we wrote and drew about
each simple machine and we also labeled each simple machine.
After first recess and lunch we had French.
After French we wrote our homework in our agenda’s and
completed any unfinished work.
After second recess and lunch we continued working in our
Ontario writing books, adding detail to each picture in our book, making sure
to answer Who? What? Where? When? Why? And How?
At the end of the day, students continued working on their
stick figure portraits and then did Read to Self/Someone.
