Marvelous Monday!!
We began the day having French with Mlle.
Jessica.
We then worked on some money counting activities.
We then had physical education with Mr. H.
Afterwards, we continued our money counting
activities.
Following first recess and lunch, we showed
our understanding of lesson 11 words in our spelling books.
We were then off to Ms. Biamas’ class to
learn about shading. We first learned about the different kinds of pencils that
we could use when shading and then we learned about the various techniques we
could employ in order to shade lighter or darker. We then used a range of HB
pencils in order to match various shades. Next time, we will be challenged
to shade a circle to make it appear 3D.
Following second recess and lunch, we continued working
on our shading activity. We ensured as serious artists that we took our time
and tried our best. When we were finished, we continued working on our Spelling
and then more money counting activities.
