Wonderful Wednesday!
We will be having our Science Fair tomorrow!! Come check out our
science fair project from 2:45-3:20!!!
Our time, temperature, and money test will be on Monday.
We began the day having French with Mlle.
Jessica.
Then we had math. We needed to
figure out two problems. One: You have 6 coins that equal 90 cents. What
could the coins be?
Two: What 6 coins would you use to make 75 cents? We were then
given extra challenges to figure out! We had a fun grappling with these
problems!
Next, we had physical education
with Mr. H.
When students returned, we
practiced the IB learner profile ‘Reflective.’ We reviewed our projects and
activities from our Who we Are (Healthy Living) unit. We picked one activity
that was our best work, something we worked our hardest on, and something we
feel like we could improve on.
Following first recess and lunch,
we continued our reflections. After, we practiced for the Science Fair
tomorrow.
After second recess and lunch, we completed
a book report for our novel study Charlotte’s Web. We discussed the plot,
setting, characters, and our favourite part.
Homework:
1. Read for 20 minutes
2. Math test Monday
3. Lunch forms due Friday
4. Science Fair tomorrow (2:45-3:20)
5. Cultural Flag research
6. Memorize Science Fair part
