Fantastic Friday!!!

We began he day with our unit 2 Spelling test.

Next we had French and then Gym.

After first recess and lunch we played some rounding games to gain a better understanding of this concept. For homework, each student was given a math package to work on over the weekend; this is all a review of what we have covered so far in our first math unit.

Next we created our own laws that we felt should be implemented in our classroom. On Monday, we will vote for the one the majority of our class feels suits our class best.

During second recess some friends decided to perform some songs as a band!! They did a wonderful job!!!

After second recess and lunch we had two special guests!!!! Arya’s grandfather and grandmother came to visit us today!!! They are both from Tanzania and so they wanted to teach us about this country. We learned about the history of Tanzania and explored various cultural artifacts. We had so much fun learning about our fascinating country for International Day!!! A big thank you again to Arya’s grandparents!!!
