We began the day having French with Mlle. Jessica.
Next we wrote our spelling test and then our Mass and Capacity Test.
After we read a book as a class and put on our detective hats to figure out the learner profile that this book is related to. We read a book called Jamaica’s Find where a girl named Jamaica found a hat and a stuffed dog at a park. She put the hat in the lost and found but she kept the stuffed dog. She realized that the dog did not belong to her and that another little girl or boy would be sad without their stuffed dog. The next day she returned the stuffed dog and made Kristine, the stuffed dog’s owner, so happy! We figured out that the learner profile that was being represented in this book is Principled! We talked about what it means to be principled and then we worked on an activity where we discussed what actions we could take to be principled.
Following first recess and lunch we practiced for Art’s Night.
After second recess and lunch, Seoyoung shared her time with Cuddly. Cuddly had so much fun with you Seoyoung!
We shared action and then had sharing time.
