Tremendous Thursday!!
We began the day having French with Mdm Stella.
We then continued patterning in Math. We did more examples
of how to make and identify a pattern with two attributes. Here they are:
We then identified and explained patterns in our math books
and then we needed to figure out how to make a pattern using only 6 triangles and
9 squares. Here we are working it out:
We then had Art with Ms. Kerr.
After first recess and lunch we had Gym.
When we returned, we continued working on our Math.
After, we explored a map and located our country (Canada),
province (Ontario), city (Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Milton). We then
discussed how our geographic location (where we are on the map) effects our
recreation, food, shelter, and clothing.
At the end of the day we did a noun scavenger hunt and then
wrote out homework in our agendas.
