Fantastic Friday!
We began the day having French with Mdm. Stella.
We then had our unit 5 spelling test and then wrote our
homework in our agenda.
Afterwards, we practiced with a partner for our
presentations.
We then began our presentations about our countries.
After first recess and lunch, we continued with our
presentations. Here we are:
We then moved into math.
During math, we used a hundreds chart to help us find missing
numbers. We were counting by 10s, 5s, and 2s to figure out what number Ms.
Jaskolka was thinking of. We figured out when looking at the hundreds chart, we
can count by tens by going down one column. After exploring the hundreds chart
together, students completed 2 pages in their Math Makes Sense.
After second recess and lunch, we continued working in our math
books and when we were finished we began practicing fact families.
At the end of the day, we were given some free time since we
have been working so hard these last two weeks!!!
