Fantastic Friday!! 

We began the day with math. We learned about:

We also learned about abundant, deficient and perfect numbers:

abundant number

• a number that is smaller than the sum of its proper divisors.
• proper divisors are all the positive divisors of a number,
except the number itself.

EXAMPLE: 12

Ms. Jaskolka then gave us a challenge to find the next perfect number and we figured out that it is 28!!!!

Next, we worked on questions related to finding the greatest common factor and the lowest common multiple.

Then we had French.

After first recess and lunch we worked in our literature circles for Chapter 15. 

Then we had Music.

When we returned, we were given more time to practice for our presentations. 

After second recess and lunch we began our presentations. I will post the videos during the weekend.
